Should I enable location services on my iPhone?

Every time you run, walk, or bike, we use your iPhone's location services to track your precise location. We do it to estimate your total distance and pace and show you your run's trajectory. We recommend you enable locations services in "Always" mode, this way, you will be able to run our app in the background while running and enjoying the other apps of your choice at the same time. 

You can always do it after the app installation by opening Settings > Privacy > Location Services [make sure this function is ON] > find Run For Good application and make it is set to "Always."
